Our commitment

Comfort Insulation is committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence. We believe in integration and equal opportunity, and are committed to meeting the needs of persons with disabilities in a timely manner.

We will do so by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and by meeting our requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (O. Reg. 191/11).

Feedback process

We welcome feedback on how we can better serve persons with disabilities. Feedback can be provided through any of the following methods:

Where contact information is provided, we will acknowledge and respond to all feedback in a timely manner. Responses will be provided in the accessible format requested, where possible.

Accessible formats and communication supports

Upon request, Comfort Insulation will provide documents or information in accessible formats, or with communication supports. This will be done:

• In a timely manner that considers the accessibility needs of the person
• At no additional cost above the regular price
• In consultation with the person to determine what format best meets their needs

Accessible formats may include large print, plain language, or electronic formats. Communication supports may include verbal explanations or other methods as agreed upon.
